Offers referrals to a curated list of trusted professionals, including attorneys, business formation specialists, and accountants.
Provides guidance on the essential steps involved in setting up a new business, ensuring you understand the legal and financial frameworks.
Assists in coordinating initial consultations with our referred professionals.

Licensing Application Service
Service Description:
Navigating the complexities of NMLS licensing can be a formidable task. Our Concierge Service simplifies this process by preparing and filing all required licensing documentation for you and up to three Mortgage Loan Officers. We ensure that each application meets the unique requirements of each state's filing process, and we assist in the sponsorship and association of Loan Officers with your business, verifying their eligibility to conduct business in the appropriate states.
Prepares and submits all necessary licensing documents to NMLS for both your brokerage and up to three Loan Officers.
Formation state and one additional state is included*
Completes branch registrations in formation state and first additional up to two per state
Guides each application through the state-specific filing processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Manages the sponsorship and association of Loan Officers with your business within the NMLS system, ensuring they are licensed and clear to conduct business in designated states.
Please be advised that our service fees do not include state licensing fees, processing fees, background checks, or any other expenses directly related to obtaining the license. These fees must be paid separately and are the sole responsibility of the client or the Loan Officers. Additional state licensing incurs a fee of $250 per state after the first two states. Adds new employees into the Arive system and the Co/LAB Corner community.
Collects and processes initial HR paperwork such as W-4, I-9, and HR policy agreements.

Service Description:
Manage the offboarding process efficiently with our Employee Offboarding Assistance Service. When a team member leaves your company, either voluntarily or through termination, the Co/LAB Concierge team ensures a smooth and compliant transition by removing the individual from relevant systems and handling essential communications.
Removes the departing employee from Arive LOS and all franchise-related systems, accounts, and software. (Licensed Franchises Only)
Drafts and sends an official termination letter for the employee to sign, ensuring all parties are formally notified.

This integration ensures that all three systems—CRM, Arive, and Airtable—work in harmony, offering a clear view of your Current Loan Pipeline, Cleared to Close, Closed Loan, and up to two other custom views of your choosing.
This integration is designed to provide a 360-degree view of your loan processing stages, making management and follow-up more efficient. Custom views allow for tailored oversight of your operations, ensuring you have the insights needed to make informed decisions.
Build out the integration between Arive LOS and Airtable to ensure seamless data flow.
Configure Airtable to provide real-time views of your loan pipeline, including specific “Views“ like Cleared to Close and Closed Loans.

Our support extends to bulk adding contacts within the CRM platform, GHL (Go High Level). For advanced inquiries, GHL provides direct tech chat or Zoom meetings, offering guidance on feature utilization and troubleshooting. Co/LAB Concierge Service will at times direct you to this additional support.

Lead Funnel leads will be provided directly to the Client and owned by the Client. The LeadPop Funnel that is provided is owned by Co/LAB Concierge Services and will be shut down when the contract with Co/LAB Services is terminated.
